Le Stud is a start-up studio based in Paris and Amsterdam. We are a tech-oriented team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  We support 6 to 10 startups a year in 3 areas: development, product and growth.

Position and tasks :

You will be trained from A to Z as a Recruitment / Executive Search Consultant. The human scale of the firm and the nature of the position mean that we can offer a highly involved and operational position.

Under the supervision of experienced consultants, you will be involved in :

- sourcing candidates (headhunting) using our innovative methodologies

- Pre-selection and evaluation of candidates.

- Ad-hoc Business Development projects

- Writing advertisements and press releases

- In a bilingual English - French working environment, you will work closely with the CEO.

- You will have a comprehensive position and will be trained step by step to quickly become operational and autonomous on projects. 

Profile:

BAC+4 / 5 in Human Resources, Business School, Languages, Marketing, etc.

We're looking for someone with good communication skills, an inquisitive mind, and initiative, who wants to learn and succeed.

Some personal qualities we appreciate: are resilience, positive nature, an understanding of how a team works, and a sense of customer service.

A good level of English and French is preferable.
