  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Customer Service Officer who is not only proficient in providing exceptional customer service but also possesses a well-rounded skillset in various areas of business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to overall business growth.
  • This is a remote-based position, in which bilingual candidates in Arabic and English with fluency in French will be highly considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels such as email, phone, chat, and social media, ensuring prompt response and resolution of inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Social Media Management: Utilize social media tools and platforms to create posts (photos, videos, and blogs), and promote brand loyalty and awareness.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • LinkedIn Engagement: knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to foster meaningful B2B connections, engage with potential clients, and identify opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
  • Remote Collaboration: Work effectively within a remote team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills to achieve team goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar in the field of study.
  • Experience in customer service, and remote work is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, French is a plus.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms for customer engagement and brand promotion.
  • Demonstrated Experience in using MS Software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client data recording.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B networking and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Technology, and use of software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales support or related sales activities is advantageous.
