o Plan, manage and run the implementation and setup for the company in coordination with the relative external agency.
o Reengineer the business process within the company in collaboration and coordination with the departments involved.
o Enhance and troubleshoot system and DB.
o Train and support all involved users.
o Create all users with their roles, menus and security.
o Prepare, analyze design and develop all required reports.
o Propose and present solutions to be used by different departments in each of their processes.
o Troubleshoot errors and bugs and fix them.
o Communicate with different departments on a regular basis in order to make sure that the system is being operated smoothly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• University Degree in Business Computing. Computer Communications Engineering or Computer Science graduates might be considered depending if supported by MBA or business related diplomas.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle- JD Edwards development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Solid Knowledge of operating systems and systems architecture is a plus.
• Expert in Oracle- JD Edwards business solution and Development tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

• Excellent Communication, both written and verbal as well as interpersonal and presentation skills.
• A general understanding of the Retail Business.
