Senior HR Officer

Responsibilities
-Prepare & execute payroll and ensure 100% compliance.
-Maintain employees filing and data base for local and foreign employees.
-Open accounts on ERP system for new employees and block accounts for leaving employees.
-Monitor employee’s leaves insertion on ERP and ensure proper compliance to company’s internal rules and regulations.

-Monitor benefits (cash and non cash) ceilings and seek management approval.

-Ensure adhering to NSSF & Government new rules and regulations.
-Ensure adhering to Ministry of Labor rules & regulation with regards registering new foreign employee ( work permit, insurance, medical exams, contract etc..)
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly NSSF subscriptions & declarations, including new joining and leaving employees.

-Prepare R3 and related documents to be submitted to Ministry of Finance.

-Coordinate with external audits and ensure payroll and declaration compliance.

-Monitor employee overtime and seek management approval for reimbursement.
-Prepare indemnity and conduct exit process for leaving employees.
-Maintain and update grading scheme and career development system and submit them to Senior Management for approval.
-Oversee employee’s schedule and monitor monthly their attendance.

-Prepare employees’ employment letters and salary certificates and seek management approval.
-Review and prepare insurance offers and submit them to senior management for approval.
-Follow-up on insurance expiry and ensure all company’s assets are covered in reference to the Management’s approval.

-Maintain proper documentation and filing of relevant contracts and insurance policies.
-Be a focal contact between insurance company’s and employees with regards medical submission, emergency entrance, medical operation requests etc..
-Implement the Company Recruitment Process.
-Ensure a pool of resources is available.
-Coordinate interviews and candidate selection.
-Job posts online and on various networks.
-Attend employment fairs & promote the company as an “Employer of Choice”.
-Plan and coordinate a summer internship training program.
-Assist in conducting exit interviews.
-Prepare onboarding & induction program for new hires.
-Ensure all needed documents for new hiring are filed properly and securely.


Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Management emphasized in Human Resources.

-5 to 7 years of relevant experience in similar position.

-Live and disseminate company’s values and promote a culture of performance and integrity.
-Team-spirited, ability to work with and through people with a positive attitude towards company’s vision and values.
-Ability to cope with changes, and crisis; skilled in conflict-resolution and problem solving
