Outdoor Sales Engineer

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements by promoting the company's product and providing sales support.
• Take responsibility for relevant assigned projects.
• Visit customers and deliver presentation to promote the company’s products and services and to negotiate sales agreements.
• Collects, organizes, and assembles data for reports, presentations and/or special projects.
• Assists customers in answering technical questions on systems, client products, and system application alternative, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Attend project negotiation meetings through the various stages of the project.
• Designing, drawing air conditioning system and deliver technical presentations to customers that fit their needs.
• Record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Develop strong relationship with clients.
• Coordinate pricing policies with the sales manager and the management team.

Skills:
• Technical Skills: understanding the inner working of Air Conditioning system.
• Communication: communicating with others to convey information effectively.
• Customer service: interacting with customers to communicate effectively about their needs.
• Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD
Related Experience:
• 1 - 3 year of experience in sales and engineering and a work experience in the AC industry along with some technical background.

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Abilities:
• Oral and Written Comprehension – the ability to listen and read to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and in writing.
• Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
