Responsibilities & duties:
1. Creating Technical Drawings: Using AutoCAD software, draftsmen generate detailed technical
drawings, plans, and blueprints based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
2. Drafting Design Concepts: They transform initial design concepts into detailed drawings,
ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
3. Producing 2D and 3D Models: Draftsmen may create both 2D and 3D models of structures, components, or products, providing comprehensive visualizations for project stakeholders.
4. Collaborating with Design Teams: They work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements, incorporate design changes, and resolve technical issues.
5. Reviewing Designs for Compliance: Draftsmen ensure that drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards, such as building codes, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
6. Preparing Construction Documents: They produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, to guide construction teams during the building process.
7. Documenting Design Revisions: Draftsmen maintain accurate records of design changes, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
8. Quality Control and Assurance: They review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, performing quality checks to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
9. Managing Drawing Libraries: Draftsmen organize and maintain digital drawing libraries, ensuring that files are properly archived, categorized, and easily accessible for future reference.
10. Staying Updated on Software and Techniques: They continuously improve their skills and knowledge of AutoCAD software and related tools, staying abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in drafting and design.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D
- Expert in AutoCAD drafting
- Attention to details and keen to learn
