Job Purpose

-Responsible for the full lifecycle of MaliaTec software/application development from development to testing.
-Responsible for builduing high-quality, innovative and fully performing software applications in compliance with MaliaTec coding standards and technical design.
-Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

On Software Development
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient web applications according to company's coding standards
- Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compatibility across browsers and devices
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues
- Manage the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments
- Monitor application performance post-deployment and address any performance bottlenecks
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code
- Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
- Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy
- Collaborate with other programmers to develop and implement features

On Client Satisfaction
- Handle escalated help desk inquiries and engage with clients as needed to swiftly resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
- Participate in investigations and adjustments of customer complaints and nonconformities
- Critically assess customer issues and recommend practical solutions aligned with company policies and procedures, fostering seamless resolution and satisfaction

On New Trends and Technologies
- Stay continuously updated on all new products and solutions
- Stay informed about the latest web technology trends and directions
- Learn any new solution provided by the management

Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or CCE

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.Net technologies. Demonstrated expertise in API development. Experience in SQL/PL SQL
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and creating efficient stored procedures is essential
Proficiency in ASP.NET technologies (Web-Forms, MVC, Web API, .NET Core). Strong experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
Proficient in version control systems such as TFS (Team Foundation Server) and GIT
