Under Najjar Professional Solutions we provide a high quality coffee portfolio (Café Najjar, Gia & Ilgustino), Krikita Nuts and Cookers/Byte sweet and savory specialties that could be enjoyed and savored at out of home locations, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), offices and institutions.


We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital events to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our digital events, drive engagement, and maximize attendance.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Agency management:

Liaise with external agencies to strategize and execute impactful social media campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital and event marketing initiatives.
Manage all aspects of social media content creation and distribution across various platforms.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.

Event Coordination:

Coordinate and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to product launches, conferences, and promotional activities.
Ensure flawless execution of events, including venue, stand, logistics, promoters and on-site coordination.
Integrate event participation with social media content creation to maximize reach and engagement before, during, and after events.

Digital Campaign Management:

Brief and manage digital campaigns executions with media agencies, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and budget allocations.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate comprehensive reports on social media and digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing initiatives.

5. Invoicing and budget reporting


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination.
Proficiency in social media management platforms, digital analytics tools, and project management software.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and event management.


Additional Notes:

This position may require work outside of regular business hours, particularly during event execution.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role, as priorities and requirements may evolve in a dynamic marketing environment
