A reputable Pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Telesales Representative responsible for generating sales of the company and closing deals over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
He / She will be responsible of:
•Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
•Answering questions about products or the company.
•Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
•Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
•Entering and update customer information in the database
•Take and process orders in an accurate manner
•Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
•Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements:

•Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
•Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with knowledge of telephone etiquette
•Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
•Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
•High school diploma or University fresh graduate
