We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dealership's brand, products, and services. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans in alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities
  • Uphold and enhance the dealership's brand image
  • Collaborate with management to ensure brand integrity across all communication channels
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Plan and implement traditional marketing tasks such as advertisements, and TV campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to execute traditional marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute events
  • Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for future improvements
  • Continuously track customer interactions and enhance marketing efforts, using our CRM system
  • Develop targeted campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat business
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent communication
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (not less than 5 years) as a Marketing Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies
