A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Property Consultant.
Main Duties:
- Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.
- Take clients on home tours and attend open houses.
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.
- Study local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
- Advertise realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
- Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyse market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to understand and present contracts.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, a pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
