Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing strategies across various sales channels, including retail, wholesale, key accounts, and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, capable of enhancing our brand presence, driving sales growth, and fostering deep market engagement in Lebanon and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that support growth and brand positioning across retail, wholesale, key accounts, and international markets.

- Lead branding, digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and event marketing efforts to elevate our market presence.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and export teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize market reach.

- Manage participation in local, regional, and select international trade fairs, maximizing brand exposure and networking opportunities.

- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact across all channels.

- Cultivate a high-performing marketing team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

- Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine and enhance marketing efforts.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role, ideally in the manufacturing, retail, or related industries.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies across multiple sales channels, including international markets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a knack for nurturing talent.

- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.

- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic. Additional language skills are a plus.

- Willingness to travel as needed for market research, trade fairs, and strategic meetings
