Marketing Manager (For IRAQ BAGHDAD)

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for developing the company marketing strategies, directing all marketing activities meet objectives, and enhancing clients’ awareness through marketing and client services programs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1- Develop, Manage and execute brand building requirements/ programs across work field as per set strategy & client expectation.
2- Manage all brand communications & negotiations with international & local suppliers.
3- 80% of the work scope is on supporting sales achievements.
4- Measures performance against agreed objectives and undertakes remedial action where appropriate;
5- Develops country by country actions plans and focuses on the implementation
6- Leads the execution of marketing plans, ensuring standardization across countries and proper inbound outbound communications with Marketing Managers;
7- Supports and facilitates development and implementation of the Marketing Department business plans including the marketing operations budget to meet overall objectives;
8- Leads the management of projects from concept to completion of all creative designs and deliveries;
9- Full brands management (Unlimited number of brands as per companies requirement)
10- Monitoring stock level of the brands, and identify product movement, excess stock and ensure that the set plans by supply chain is executed accordingly.
11- 360 degree brand management
12- Ensure the brand registration of all SKUs in all countries through the regulatory affairs specialist
13- Develop, manage and execute brand business plan based on brand strategy and positioning.
14- Develop, manage and execute strategic marketing plans and ensure on time implementation
15- Develop, manage and execute marketing Activity, communication, media & PR plans and ensure on time implementation.
16- Ensure proper communication of all plans with respective people within the company such as sales teams and principles
17- Ensure regular and on timely principle update on brand executional plans
18- Set guidelines and standards of execution considering quality / time and importance as per set deadlines.
19- Conduct market research studies which covers all business related aspects such as market dynamics, competitive analysis, price collections, client’s satisfaction, industry best practices, etc…
20- Conduct regular market visits as to better understand the industry , best practices, and maintain proper inbound / outbound marketing, by visiting every country on monthly or every two months and spending one full day in the market
21- E-mail access
22- Regularly monitor and report international as well as local market trends to identify opportunities and potential portfolio expansion
23- Source new brands / product portfolio based on market feedback and opportunities
24- Develop, manage and execute private label brands identity (design / layout / packaging / internal and external communication materials, growth plans, etc…)
25- Ensure responsible testing and brand evaluation specially for new line or brands
26- Plan, manage and execute trainings, seminars and workshops whether internally or externally.
27- Plan, manage and execute events and exhibitions as per company requirement
28- Conduct regular inventory analysis, identify product movement, excess stock and set plans accordingly
29- Maintain cost efficiency at all times while not compromising on quality / deadlines / collaboration with third party & not to exceed approved budget.
30- Handle other colleagues’ brands portfolio in case of their annual leave vacation or any other leave.
31- Travel to any country as per company requirement to meet required purpose of the business trip
