We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lady to join our team at [Furniture and Décor Store in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales within the furniture and décor industry.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on furniture and décor options based on customer requirements and style preferences.
Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture pieces, fabrics, colors, and accessories to enhance their living spaces.
Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in furniture and interior design.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase our products at their best.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments securely.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and encourage repeat business.
Assist with inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and identifying slow-moving items.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture and décor industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
