Role Overview:
Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment used in the production process. The role encompasses a wide range of tasks related to design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mechanical systems, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of food manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
• Creating and designing mechanical components or entire systems.
• Develop and conduct tests on existing systems to evaluate their functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Providing technical support during the manufacturing process and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conducting inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Creating detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Staying updated on the latest technological advancements and incorporating new technologies into designs.

Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in the mechanical engineering field or similar role preferably in a food production industry.
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD & CAM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
