IT Repair Technician

Responsibilities
-Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of electronic devices to identify hardware and software issues
-Follow technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides to ensure accurate and efficient repair processes
-Implement low-level repair procedures, including component replacement, soldering, wiring repairs, and circuit board fixes
-Apply logical and methodical problem-solving techniques to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners (Training can be provided)
-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field
-Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, including computers, smartphones, tablets, and home appliances
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
