We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Graphic Designer to join our team near Chtaura. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. 

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and more.

Your creativity and expertise will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and engaging our audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design compelling visual content, including but not limited to, social media posts, banners, infographics, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.

Produce and edit engaging video content, including reels, animations, and motion graphics, to enhance brand visibility and storytelling.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Experience in creating and editing video content, including reels and motion graphics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
