Role Summary

As a Sales Coordinator, your key role is to streamline sales operations by processing orders, providing exceptional customer support, and managing administrative tasks. Your responsibilities also include efficient communication, market research, and proactive follow-ups with both existing and potential clients. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach, contributing significantly to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services
• Propose and offer new products to existing clients
• Engage in lead generation activities to identify and cultivate potential clients
• Manage sales-related documentation, including client database, contracts and reports
• Research and analyze market trends to identify new business prospects and opportunities for growth
• Assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
