A reputable company , located in Beirut, is seeking to recruit a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with international exposure who can join as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and long-term financial stability.
2- Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
3- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial performance to the executive team and the board of directors.
4- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Implement controls and measures to safeguard company assets.
5- Cash Management: Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management to support day-to-day operations and investment opportunities.
6- Investment and Capital Allocation: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation decisions. Provide recommendations to maximize return on investment.
7- Tax and Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
8- Financial Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
9- Mergers & Acquisitions: Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships and provide financial due diligence.
10- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
