Spare parts counter

Confidential - Lebanon - Beirut
Sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop or on the phone .

1-Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner.

2-Informs customers of part requirements.
3-Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
4-Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
5-Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
6-Issues and tracks requested tools to technicians.
Other tasks as assigned.

2 to 3 years prior experience .
High school diploma or Technical school.

Schedule from 8:00 am to 16:30 pm
Monday Till Friday
