the main duties and responsibilities may include:
1- greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
2-assisting customers in finding the right products or service .
3-developing and maintaining product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns .
4-upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to increase sales .
5-updating and maintaining sales records and reports .
indoor sales professionals must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills to effectively interact with customers.
