JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development technologies and frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, React, or similar (3+ years of experience).
• Experience with backend technologies, server architectures, and related tools (e.g., LAMP stack, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ) is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency in French is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Frontend Developers and QA professionals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of frontend development projects.
• Review frontend code to ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
