1. About KASAKA

KASAKA is a luxury retail company that specializes in sourcing European luxury fashion brands and selling them to the Lebanese market. KASAKA has been in the fashion industry for over 40 years and currently has 3 physical stores in operation and an online store.

2. Role Purpose

The role is to assist the business manager with all stock related tasks. The objective of the role is to ensure correct supply of merchandise to stores in order to maintain effective sales.

3. Time Commitment

- This is a full-time ongoing role, it is paid through a fixed salary
- Working schedule is 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday.

4. Objectives

- Organise the company’s merchandise in the head office and warehouse
- Identify and pack merchandise to be sent to stores under the supervision of the business manager
- Connect with sales staff regularly to replenish merchandise to stores.

5. Deliverables

- Daily engagement with sales staff to understand stock levels
- Connect with business manager to organize and label merchandise processes
- Engage with E-commerce coordinator to locate items for online sales
- Assist office staff to organize incoming merchandise and label with price tags
- Detailed understanding of stock and daily replenishment from warehouse items
- Perform regular inventory checks in store and in warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be a warehouse professional, with solid organising skills.

- Comfortable using Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
