Junior Finance Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 0-1 year of corporate finance experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advise on improvements to the intranet modules (HR, Fixed Assets, Finance, and Policies & Procedures).
• Follow up on office requests related to errors in intranet modules.
• Assist in finalizing the finance module, including reviewing and testing of data (actual & budget).
• Assist in reviewing the company's Policies & Procedures and updating the intranet as applicable.
• Coordinate with the software programmer on any issues and errors in the intranet.
• Follow up with offices to ensure proper input of data.
• Assist the Financial Analyst with ad hoc requests.
Assist in building and updating the Intranet Manual of Operating as necessary
