We are recruiting for a reputable restaurant in Kaslik, Jounieh .

Responsibilities:
*Oversee the front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
*Coordinate with the hostess to manage seating arrangements and ensure timely seating of guests.
*Supervise and support the floor team to ensure smooth service and adherence to service standards
*Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
*Assist with inventory management.

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry is a plus.
*Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
*Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper tableside manner and etiquette.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
*Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance.
*Flexibility.
*Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
