We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Research & Development (R&D) team as an Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. As an R&D Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to exciting projects, explore emerging technologies, and gain valuable hands-on experience in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Research: Assist in researching new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to our software development projects. This may involve literature reviews, online research, and experimentation with prototypes.
• Prototype Development: Collaborate with team members to design and develop prototypes for experimental features or proof-of-concept solutions. This could include coding in various programming languages such as PHP Laravel, React , React Native, Flutter, .Net Core , Angular, Next, Python,... etc.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data collected from experiments or user feedback to derive insights and inform decision-making processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel is desirable.
• Documentation: Document findings, experimental procedures, and outcomes in clear and concise reports. Effective communication skills are essential for presenting complex technical information in a comprehensible manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, team leads and other cross-functional teams to exchange ideas, share progress, and contribute to team goals. Collaboration and teamwork are fundamental aspects of this role.
• Innovation: Proactively propose innovative ideas and solutions to address challenges or enhance existing products. Creativity and a passion for exploring new possibilities are highly valued in our R&D environment.
Qualifications:
 Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field in his final year or one semester prior of graduation.
 High GPA (Dean’s list)
 Recommendation from the Professor.
 Not leaving the country in 12 months
 Eligible for hiring after his internship
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g PHP Laravel, React , React Native, Flutter, .Net Core , Angular, Next, Python,... etc.
 etc.).
 Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
 Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
Duration & Benefits:
This internship is a 3-months position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
The successful candidate will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, hands-on training, and exposure to real-world R&D projects.
This is a paid internship opportunity, with compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
