Commercial Agent -PM Shift (02:00 PM-11:00 PM)

- Handle and process all types of cases related to all commercial processes (Contracts, Tendering, Pricing etc..)
- Identify and help in resolving any issues faces in the day-to-day activities
- Resolve conflicts between the customer’s requirements and internal parties
- Process timely and accurate activities on cases as per agreed for standard operating procedures (SOP) guidelines
- Conduct several training courses and cross training to be able to assist different teams
- Able to adapt to process changes and quick fixes
