A&A Construction s.a.l is seeking a project manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead our high-end villa construction projects.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be the key driving force behind the successful execution of our high-end villa projects. From concept to completion, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
-Monitor and control project activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
-Conduct regular site inspections to address issues and ensure compliance with specifications.
-Effectively communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
-Mitigate risks and resolve challenges to ensure smooth project progression.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management for high-end residential construction projects.
-Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-end villa projects.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
