Lead Generation Department Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation Team Leader to spearhead our efforts in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads across all our target markets. You will oversee a team of Field Intelligence Agents.
, manage the lead generation process from initial contact to qualification, and be accountable for achieving lead generation goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
o Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy that utilizes various channels like online research, social media marketing, email campaigns, and cold calling.
o Stay updated on industry trends and adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
o Organize targeted marketing activities segmented for specific audiences to maximize lead generation.
• Team Management & Coaching:
o Supervise and lead a team of Field Intelligence Agents.
o Provide coaching and mentorship to improve team performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
o Set clear goals and objectives for the team and hold them accountable for achieving results.
• Lead Management & Qualification:
o Oversee the entire lead generation lifecycle, from prospecting to lead qualification and nurturing.
o Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM with all prospect information and potential projects.
o Implement a lead nurturing process to convert unqualified leads into qualified leads ready for the sales team.
• Communication & Collaboration:
o Act as a liaison between lead generation, sales, and marketing teams.
o Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of new products, success stories, and overall sales pipeline health.
o Manage communication with external providers like social media agencies, designers, and developers to ensure effective lead generation campaigns.
o Maintain open communication with external stakeholders (owner reps, consultant , contractors, traders, owners etc) involved in the sales cycle.
• Metrics & Reporting:
o Track and analyze various lead generation metrics, including number of leads generated, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
o Generate reports on lead generation activities and performance.
o Use data insights to optimize lead generation strategies for continuous improvement.
• Presentations & Content Creation:
o Develop and maintain up-to-date presentations and pitch decks to showcase the company's offerings.
o Collaborate with marketing teams on content creation for lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in achieving lead generation goals.
• Strong understanding of lead generation best practices across online and offline channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Expertise in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in presentation creation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
