Roles and Responsibilities:
. Administer server, POS, and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, phones.
. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's or Technical degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to details.
. Experience in Omega system
