Performance Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and strategy, implement media plans that align with client goals and objectives.
• Execute media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels, including but not limited to display advertising, social media and search
• Traffic and manage creative assets, ensuring they are delivered to media partners accurately and on time.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media execution, and share knowledge with the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising or related field.
• 2+ years in digital performance marketing, preferably in both paid search & social (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams (account management, creative, strategy) to develop & implement media plans aligned with client goals.
• Experience managing multi-channel media campaigns (digital, traditional, emerging).
• Skilled in trafficking & managing creative assets for timely delivery to media partners.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Ability to build relationships & negotiate rates with media vendors for campaign efficiency.
• Fluency in Arabic & English (written & verbal)
