Floor Manager

Level Two – Bayada is looking to recruit a Floor Manager.
Main tasks:
- Responsible for maintaining the daily operational process to ensure successful service experience.
- Oversee the operation, cleanliness, and service standards as set forth by Level Two.
- Report all issues or areas of improvement to Level Two management.
- Lead promotional activities for events.
- Coordinate with concerned parties regarding the social media promotions.
- Pre-plan for major events at Level Two.
- Supervise the operations of the events.
- Ensure the events are completed smoothly.
- Supervise the maintenance, security, cleaning personnel.
- Keen to reflect and maintain best image of Level Two.
- Identify possible cost saving opportunities.
- Assist when needed in tasks within same skills and capabilities.

Main skills:
- Proven minimum five years’ experience in similar position or event manager.
- Proven knowledge of marketing and promotion techniques.
- Bachelor degree in marketing, hospitality management or related fields.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-service orientation.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to work during afternoon and evening hours and on weekends and holidays. Rest days are compensated during the week.
