Real estate agent needed in Beirut area (Ashrafieh, Mar Mkhayil, Saifi, Hamra.. etc area)
- Good negotiation skills, communication and ethics.
- Self-driven and motivated to learn and implement.
- Advising clients on the current state of the real estate market and providing them with expert advice on buying, selling, or renting property.
- Working closely with company management team to ensure company code.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintaining a database of clients, properties, and other relevant information.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and organizations.
- Able to work with Excel, Powerpoint, word, Outlook.
- Bachelor degrees
