Amaretti is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead the team at our branch.

As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and continued excellence of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate our team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards of excellence. Provide ongoing training and support to our wait staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail.

Financial Performance: Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, effective cost management, and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance profitability.

Reporting and Communication: Collaborate with the head office to provide regular reports on branch performance, financial metrics, and operational updates. Communicate effectively with the leadership team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a French bistro or upscale dining establishment is highly preferred.

Fluent in French language is preferred.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
