Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Factory Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the efficient and effective management of the warehouse operations. The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of finished products, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standard.

Key Accountabilities:
- Supervise and lead the warehousing team.
- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and organization of materials within the warehouse.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels of Colortek finished items.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials, including paints, solvents, pigments, additives, and other raw materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and segregation of materials based on safety requirements and storage conditions.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule and coordinate outbound shipments of finished products to customers.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of products for shipment. Collaborate with transportation providers to optimize delivery schedules and minimize transportation costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, promote a safety-conscious culture, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain records of safety training and ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) by warehouse staff.
- Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency, optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to warehouse staff and address any performance issues in a timely manner in coordination with Operations & HR Managers.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- BA in related field
- Proven experience in warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles
