Responsibilities:
- Constant search for new and competitive factories
- Communicate with the clearance officer at the harbor in order to follow up the clearance of goods
- Communicate with shipping companies in order to ship goods at the best prices to Beirut Port
- Coordinate with the accounting department in order to settle up the price of the goods as agreed upon letters of credit with suppliers
- Coordination with the presidency of the Board of Directors in order issue new prices
- Solicitation and selection of the best offer from suppliers
- Communicate with factories that deal with the company.
- Prepare a list of products needed to be provided by the company's suppliers.
- Make sure of all imported products in terms of specs, quantity, quality and safety before products reception.
- Coordinate with the warehouse in order to take the required action for preparation and products organization.
- Training team members to make sure enhancing the performance on continuous basis.
- Coordination with the display team to ensure that all products are displayed.
- Prepare a list of products expected to arrive to be provided to the sales department (wholesale, retail, projects).
- Ensure that all imported products are displayed on time and make the necessary inspections to verify the work being done appropriately.
- Participation in committees as required, such as the annual Inventory, Internal Audit ... etc.
- Keep each customer file as required.
- Perform other related duties as required

Experience and Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Business administration, supply chain, logistics or any related field.
- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in same field
