The main purpose of this position requires you to:
• Follow Technicians operations and organize their daily visits.
• Manage spare parts in stock and monitor availability.
• Order custom spare parts for special parts for clients.
• Organize training for technicians with the supplier.
• Sign maintenance contracts with as many clients possible.
• Manage installations, sign reports, warrantee sheets and share them with supplier.
• Keep record of all maintenance reports according to each serial number.
• Responsible in KPIs of technical interventions and maximize sales in terms of service and spare parts
