· Recruit, Train and develop a sales team in the financial/ insurance Planning industry
· Provide field support to team members on regular basis
· Performance management and mentoring of supervised consultants
· Grow a team of 6-10 consultants in Lebanon to ultimately become a branch head
Skills
· Degree requested: BBA, BS, BA
· At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales or sales management
· Age:26-40 years
· Excellent communication and social skills
· Excellent presentation skills
· Approve previous record of success with sales experience
· Entrepreneurial spirit and “Can do” attitude
· High achievement drive and goal/results oriented
