Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding water and diesel distribution services
- Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Create and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve their concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to water and diesel distribution
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and suggestions for improvement
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Wizard software is an advantage
- Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
