What You'll Do:

- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the financial prosperity of the company.
- Financial Insight: Analyze monthly P&L reports and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Management to create financial plans and set annual budgets.
- Management Recommendations: Provide expert recommendations on fleet purchases, maintenance agreements, supplier lists, and more.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Sales Leadership: Lead high-level sales activities and oversee the performance of the sales department.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise dispatching, routing, and vehicle tracking activities.
- Call Center Excellence: Manage call center activities, implementing strategies to reduce lost calls and improve data accuracy.
- CRM Development: Develop and maintain an effective CRM system.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all corporate legal documents are current and compliant.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and statistics to monitor business development on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

What We're Looking For:

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive operations management experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong financial skills and experience in budget development and P&L analysis.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and build a network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated success in sales management and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center management
