Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Job Description:

1. Inbound Sales Management:
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound leads from various channels such as the company website, social media, email campaigns, and referrals to determine their potential and readiness for follow-up.
- Respond to Inquiries: Promptly respond to incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the company’s products or services.
- Nurture Leads: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with potential clients to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.

2. Outbound Sales Activities:
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients to discuss their needs and how the company can meet those needs.
- Sales Pitch Development: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up activities after initial contact to build relationships and move prospects towards a sale.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Retention Strategies: Develop strategies for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications:

1. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

2. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.

3. Analytical and Research Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficient in conducting thorough research to support business development strategies.

4. Lead Management:
- Ability to manage and qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
- Experience in nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to gather and utilize client feedback to improve services and processes.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, BDR or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry is a plus.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry eventss
