We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer in Lebanon to join our team on an independent contractor basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate law.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
English proficiency.
Experience in international law or the ability to research international law effectively (strongly preferred).
Federal government experience (strongly preferred).
