1. Outdoor Sales Representative

Summary:

As the frontline of our sales team, the Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers and wholesalers in assigned territories throughout Lebanon. They will focus on maximizing product visibility, increasing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company's FMCG products to existing and potential customers.
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage assigned territory, including regular visits to retail outlets, building rapport with store owners and staff, and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  • Merchandising: Maintain attractive and well-stocked displays, implement promotional materials, and ensure proper pricing.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market information and competitor activity, providing feedback to sales management.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG sector in Lebanon.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with different regions of Lebanon is a plus.

2. Sales Supervisor

Summary:

The Sales Supervisor leads and motivates a team of Outdoor Sales Representatives, ensuring they achieve their targets and adhere to company policies and procedures. They will provide guidance, coaching, and support to their team, while also monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Performance Management: Set individual and team targets, track progress, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories, in collaboration with sales management.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve any sales-related issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • Recruitment & Training: Assist in the recruitment and training of new Sales Representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

3. Account Manager

Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts (major retailers, wholesalers, or distributors) and developing long-term strategic partnerships. They will focus on maximizing sales volume, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each key account, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore potential new partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive account reviews and sales forecasts, providing insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
