Immediate opening for a Property Manager - Soft Services.

Job Description:
- Regular inspections of properties in the Beirut area to make sure the impeccable operation of the projects.
- Prepare reports on the state of the property and recommend improvement/remedial measures
- Manage clients relations
- Manage electricity and water meter readings
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance activities for all systems
- Other related duties

Candidates shall have the following minimum requirements:

- Engineering or architectural degree
- 1-2 years experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Team player
- Valid drivers license for company-provided car (manual transmission)
