Responsibilities:

1. Organization of yearly schedule for the holding of all General Assemblies of Co-owners.
2. Organizing Assemblies: schedules, logistics, convocations, minutes
3. Documenting and keeping track of all Facility Management Contracts: • Ending and Renewal of Contracts. • Insurance policies (tickle dates, renewals, conformity, filling..). • Guaranty and deposits.
4. Control over billing issuing (periods & amounts) based on contract, assembly, minutes, … & any other financial decisions.
5. Periodical Budget Control & Real Expenditures reports (Quarterly, Semester…). In coordination with accounting.
6. Cooperating with Accounting for Statements updates, credit notes, corrections etc…
7. Follow up on all Billing & Collecting / Coordinating with Accounting & Collection Division, as well as follow up on Receivables (Aging / Open Amount) , Collection, and issuing quarterly open amount reports.
8. Follow up on fuel/generators private billing & collection
9. Supervision of new contract post-signature: • Notary fees. • Fiscal stamps. • Initial batch of billing. • Collection of Advance payment / Deposit. • Filling.
10. Follow Up & Documentation of Committee Meetings
11. Overview, Preparation & Supervision of Buildings Regulations. Events organizing & approvals in projects
12. Receiving all claims & complaints & preparing adequate answers & provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints.
13. Management Reports.
14. Handling of Special Projects – Special Events
