Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Specialist to build and maintain relationships with universities and agencies across Europe that offer medical and dental programmes. In this role, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring mutual success. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for the education sector.

Responsibilities:

-Research and find new partnership opportunities with universities and agencies across Europe.
-Build and maintain a list of potential partners to engage with strategically.
-Reach out to universities and agencies to establish strong working relationships.
-Work on partnership initiatives like joint marketing campaigns, events, and student recruitment efforts.
-Monitor the success of partnerships by tracking key performance metrics and sharing updates with stakeholders.
-Address any challenges in partnerships and develop solutions to ensure success.
-Stay updated on trends, market changes, and competitor activities to find new opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
-Experience working with educational institutions is a strong advantage.
-Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
