Job Purpose
• Assist in implementing the training plan of Malia Group and encouraging a thriving learning and development environment to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

On Talent Development & Career Planning

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and establishing relationships with training suppliers to negotiate and choose the best training solutions targeting competency gaps
• Assist in the development of the yearly training calendar and actively coordinate with all concerned to ensure timely and proper execution
• Partner with internal "Subject Matter Experts" to design training and coaching for employees
• Develop and deliver training workshops to ensure continuous upgrade of Malia Training L&D offerings
• Actively assist in developing individual learning plans to optimize employee performance, internal mobility and career development; Ensure timely execution of set plans
• Facilitate training sessions, either in-person or through virtual platforms, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and application
• Analyze training output/results and set needed action plan in coordination with the L&D Manager
• Ensure proper communication of learning and development initiatives with stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest trends in training, learning technology and E-learning platforms to incorporate cutting-edge tools and digital resources into the talent development framework On Onboardings
• Develop learning needs for newcomers and follow up with hiring managers to ensure that each new comer fulfill his/her learning needs in a timely manner
• Provide needed support during the whole ONB period, assess needs and act proactively

On Onboardings

On Reporting

• Assist in the yearly business plan development
• Report on monthly basis to Learning & Development Manager the status of ongoing projects

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Master’s degree in HR is preferable

Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in L&D
