• Develop electrical system designs for projects, including power distribution, lighting and safety systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports, including electrical schematics, load calculations, and other engineering documentation.
• Inspect on-site electrical item replacements and prepare corresponding reports with photos.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure electrical systems meet project specifications and requirements.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals, and provide responses to contractors.
• Inspect the installation of solar systems and monitoring systems on-site.
• Coordinate with electrical maintenance teams during store visits for preventive maintenance.
• Prepare detailed reports for each store regarding electrical issues.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and contracting
