We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have solid experience in IoT & Smart Automation.

Job Responsibilities:
Electrical Design & Implementation:
Design and implement electrical control panels, power distribution systems, and automation solutions.
Select, size, and install contactors, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, and motor starters for industrial applications.
Develop single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electrical installations.
Conduct cable sizing, load calculations, and grounding system design for electrical panels and automation setups.

Wiring & Installation:
Perform electrical wiring, conduit layout, and termination for IoT-based automation systems.
Install and commission power distribution boards, MCC panels, and control panels.
Ensure proper integration of contactors, overload relays, and protection devices for motor control applications.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, identify faults, and implement corrective measures.

IoT & Automation Integration:
Integrate sensors, controllers, and automation devices with cloud-based platforms.
Work with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development for automation projects.
Configure and test industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, CAN, MQTT).
Support the design and deployment of smart energy management and power monitoring systems.

Safety & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and codes (IEC, NEC, IEEE).
Implement protective devices such as circuit breakers, surge protectors, and emergency stop systems.
Conduct electrical testing, insulation resistance checks, and continuity tests.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for installed automation systems.
Perform preventive maintenance for electrical equipment, ensuring system reliability.
Assist in commissioning and post-installation performance evaluation of automation solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical components, including contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, and overload relays.
Experience with wiring, circuit protection, and electrical load calculations.
Hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
Proficiency in reading and designing electrical schematics and control circuit diagrams.
Understanding of motor control, soft starters, VFDs, and power factor correction systems.
Familiarity with IoT-based industrial automation solutions and communication protocols.
Basic programming knowledge in Python, C/C++, or ladder logic for automation scripting.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good documentation and reporting skills for project execution.

Education & Experience:
Electrical Engineering Degree or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation, or IoT-based control systems
