About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Gymnastics Teacher to join our team at our gym in Bsaba, Lebanon. This is a freelance position where you bring your own students and run your classes in our modern facilities. We operate on a revenue-sharing model—there’s no fixed rent, and earnings are shared based on the performance of your classes.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Gymnastics Classes: Lead engaging and safe gymnastics sessions tailored to various skill levels.
• Develop Lesson Plans: Create structured and progressive training routines.
• Bring Your Own Students: Utilize your established student base to fill classes.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain high safety standards during all sessions.
• Coordinate with Management: Collaborate on scheduling and facility management to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a gymnastics teacher or coach.
• Must have an established student base and the ability to attract new students.
• Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in gymnastics instruction or coaching are a plus.
